Ro’Linder Taylor, LCSW, LCDC is a passionate, driven, therapist, mental health advocate, and motivational speaker. She has chosen to serve the world through service and advocacy. Mrs. Taylor received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work on the campus of the University of Houston. She has been a therapist for the past eight years specializing in childhood trauma, grief, eidetic imagery, trauma, and helping others deal with generational bondage. In addition to serving as a therapist, Ro’Linder is an avid mental health advocate. She hopes to bring awareness and access to mental health services for people of color and other underserved populations. Mrs. Taylor is diligently working to address stigma around mental health, diagnosis and therapy and barriers that prevent them from seeking care. Ro’Linder Taylor loves to make mental health apart of the conversation wherever she goes, including serving on a panel, appearing on a podcast or other media outlets. She has been afforded the opportunity to speak to prominent organizations and bring mental health to the church. Ro’Linder Taylor also has had an extensive journey in social work with experience working with high-risk offenders helping them deal with post traumatic stress upon release, working with individuals that have been recently diagnosed with terminal illness and life changing disorders, and also working with those who have encountered the child welfare system and the latest position as a Treatment Director and Quality Assurance Analyst. She has served in multiple capacities with Houston Strong Services since 2019.
