The Houston Strong Children Services internship program, in collaboration with the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work, is designed to prepare students for real-world challenges in social service domains. Interns will have the opportunity to engage in both direct practice (Micro) and systemic change (Macro) initiatives, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

Interns will have the unique opportunity to integrate their Micro and Macro learning by participating in projects that demand both direct and systemic approaches. Interns will be compensated with a stipend of $1,500 per semester, recognizing their valuable contribution to our organization and the communities we serve.
